Voicing such a concern or complaint is known as a grievance. You can file a grievance by contacting the plan directly by phone, mail, or fax. You can also file a complaint/grievance directly to Medicare. To do so, you will need to fill out the Medicare Complaint Form online. Other Medicare contacts, such as your State of Idaho Ombudsman are also available to hear your concern.
